Don Dyer (a long time KTC Sangha member and one of our carpenters) recently went by this hostel to see if it was as great as we had heard. Here's what he had to say:

"FYI - On the way home from work this afternoon I visited the downtown hostel that we're suggesting on our Web site as a good place for visitors to stay during Traleg Rinpoche's visit. It's a great place right on Congress between Wabash and State (2nd floor): large, clean, modern, tall ceilings, lots of big windows overlooking Congress and Wabash, well staffed, friendly groups chatting, plenty of CTA trip-planning resources, a two-foot-tall mound of free bananas in the large dining area overlooking the Orange and Green EL tracks, two blocks from Grant Park, and three blocks to the Adams & Wabash EL station."
